Customer satisfaction is the most important thing to us! We want you to absolutely adore your lashes and your experience. If for any reason you are unhappy with the results, please contact us within three days so that we can schedule an appointment to fix any issues.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you however time may not permit us to honor your full service and your appointment may be shortened and/or rescheduled to ensure we are on schedule for our next client. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more we will need to reschedule your appointment so we can provide you with the absolute best quality of work.
Lashes by Tandi requires 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment will be charged 50% of their scheduled service total to the card on file. Cancellations or No Shows within 12 hours of appointment time will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. Lashes by Tandi is not able to extend appointments of clients that arrive late as we must stay on schedule to accommodate appointments following your service. Clients that arrive late will be responsible for the full service cost of their scheduled appointment.
For the safety of your children, we ask that you make child care arrangements before your appointment. Our work is very detail oriented and involves an extreme amount of concentration and focus. Please understand this is for your safety and the safety of your children.
Cash is preferred, but we also accept Venmo, Debit, and Credit Card Payments.
