Customer satisfaction is the most important thing to us! We want you to absolutely adore your lashes and your experience. If for any reason you are unhappy with the results, please contact us within three days so that we can schedule an appointment to fix any issues.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you however time may not permit us to honor your full service and your appointment may be shortened and/or rescheduled to ensure we are on schedule for our next client. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more we will need to reschedule your appointment so we can provide you with the absolute best quality of work.
For the courtesy of your clients on a waiting list, we do ask for 24-48 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Otherwise, a fee of 50% of the service will be charged to the client. Clients who do not notify us of a cancellation or who no-show will be charged a fee of 50% of the service. Payment in advance may be required for those with a history of no shows or cancelled appointments without 24-48 hours notice.
For the safety of your children, we ask that you make child care arrangements before your appointment. Our work is very detail oriented and involves an extreme amount of concentration and focus. Please understand this is for your safety and the safety of your children.
Cash is preferred, but we also accept Venmo, Debit, and Credit Card Payments.
